MaktabSar means School Monitor and is a mobile app developed by Integrity Watch Afghanistan.

The app is a tool for users to report problems faced by their schools and to rate school services in their neighborhood. The information collected through this app is shared with service providers and policymakers including local, provincial, and central level Ministry of Education officials, civil society, donors, and the larger public through periodic analytical reports to advocate for integrity of education service and to improve quality of education.
